Larger groups can select two paellas to prepare and all dietary restrictions will be catered for. As aromas fill the kitchen, you will learn the secrets behind this iconic Paella, from achieving the perfect rice texture to balancing flavors. You will then turn to crafting Crema Catalana, a beloved dessert with a rich history in the region. Throughout the experience, you will enjoy stories that connect each dish to Barcelona’s culinary traditions.
