Please read carefully on how to redeem your 100% refund if you need to cancel your tour or have been unable to attend. The process is simple and seamless and can be done up to 60 days after the day of the tour on this link by using the LVO-number on your reservation (example: LVO-1234).
90% refund through LIVTOURS for any other reason up to 72 hrs before the time of the tour
For any other reason not covered by RefundProtect you can request your refund directly through LivTours up to 72 hrs before the commencement time of the tour.
Up to 72 hrs before the commencement time of the tour, you may also request travel credit to use in the future (no expiration) for any of our destinations. After your request, LivTours will generate a gift card of the value of purchase which you can use next time you purchase on any of our websites.
In order to ensure effective processing of your cancellation, we please ask you to alert LivTours of your cancellation request exclusively via email (email@example.com).
SAVE 10% AND CHOOSE OUR NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY!
Get 10% off your tour’s cost and opt for a non-refundable policy for each tour/experience/transfer you are purchasing. Services purchased with a non-refundable policy, cannot be cancelled or amended under any circumstance. Requests of cancellations will result in a loss of the entirety of the funds utilized for that tour/experience/transfer.
Your tour/s can be amended up to 72 hrs prior to commencement time, are dependent on availability and may be subject to a fee when tickets have already been purchased. If you wish to reschedule a tour, please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org. No other form of communication will be accepted.
GIFT CARD POLICY
When purchasing our tours and experiences as a gift, the amount paid may not be reimbursed until the tour is redeemed and valid reasons are communicated to RefundProtect (please see above). Buyer may amend the tour choice with an email request to email@example.com, fees may apply if there are price differences between tours.
Tours are subject to availability, we therefore suggest redeeming your gift as soon as your travel dates are confirmed. Would the tour gifted not be available for the time and day of your preference, our customer service team will help you choose an alternative time or tour from any of our 300 tours in Europe.
If a refund is required, after the tour is redeemed by the receiver, the buyer can make a request exclusively via the RefundProtect Policy, if and when cancelation reasons are approved by RefundProtect (please see above). Only the buyer can request and receive refund.
When purchasing a gift card in the form of monetary value, this will be transformed in a coupon code that the receiver will need to input at checkout when purchasing their preferred tour/s. For this reason, the amount will only be refundable once redeemed exclusively according to the above stated Cancellation Policy.
VOUCHERS REQUESTED IN 2020
For all bookings made up to July 14th, 2020 who received a voucher with no expiration date that has yet to be redeemed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org when ready to plan your new vacation, make reference to your LVO order number and communicate new desired dates.
Tours and Experiences will always run with all weather conditions. Minor variations of the itinerary may occur to accommodate safety and security of our clients. This will not entitle the customer to any sort of refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY CHANGES
The terms of this cancellation policy may change at the LivItaly Tour’s discretion.
