Join us in LivTours’ brand-new, custom-designed kitchen for a fun, hands-on pasta and tiramisù cooking class, curated by a MasterChef Italia alumna alongside a team of local culinary pros!

You’ll be welcomed with a chilled glass of Prosecco and a tasty aperitivo of cured meats, cheeses, and olives before diving into the art of making seasonal bruschetta, followed by homemade fettuccine pasta and a rich Alfredo sauce crafted with Parmigiano Reggiano and butter.

With just six participants per class, you’ll enjoy an intimate, hands-on experience curated by a MasterChef Italia alumna and a team of talented local chefs. This is more than a cooking class – it’s a joyful immersion into Roman culinary traditions and the Italian art of gathering around a table to share food, laughter, and stories.

Your experience begins with a warm welcome: a glass of chilled Prosecco and a traditional aperitivo of cured meats, cheese, and olives – the perfect moment to meet your instructor and fellow guests.

Then, roll up your sleeves at your personal workstation, fully equipped with top-tier tools and fresh, high-quality ingredients. Step-by-step, you’ll be guided through making seasonal bruschetta, crafting silky fettuccine from scratch, and preparing a rich Alfredo sauce using just Parmigiano Reggiano and butter. Finally, you’ll assemble a classic, creamy tiramisù.

Once your culinary creations are complete, sit down with your small group to enjoy your meal – paired with a glass of excellent Italian wine and finished with a refreshing limoncello digestif.

All LivTours Semi-Private Group Tours are limited to 6 guests per tour guide. Our commitment to maintaining our uniquely tiny group sizes can sometimes be a little tricky, mathematically speaking. For example, we want to ensure that traveling families and friends can tour together so on rare occasions we may add one or two guests in order to not split groups. On that same note, you may also find yourself on tour with less than six people! We thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

Vegan Option

The vegan alternative for this cooking class is the classic "Spaghetti aglio olio peperoncino" — Spaghetti with a garlic and oil sauce and a touch of chili flakes—and for dessert "ciambelline al vino"—sweet cookies prepared with a dash of wine. The fresh pasta will be prepared without egg, using a different mix of flours. If any individuals in your group have overlapping preferences (i.e. both vegan or lactose-free and gluten-free) Please specify the number of individuals in the notes at checkout and their specific preferences.

Gluten-free Option

Please note: We can provide all gluten-free flours, but we can not guarantee against cross contamination. Lactose-free Option
Please indicate how many individuals in your group would prefer the lactose-free option using the drop down. The lactose-free alternative for this cooking class will use lactose free butter to make the main fettuccine alfredo dish, which is then prepared with significantly aged parmigiano cheese. For dessert "ciambelline al vino"—sweet cookies prepared with a dash of wine.  If any individuals in your group have overlapping preferences (i.e. both vegan or lactose-free and gluten-free) Please specify the number of individuals in the notes at checkout and their specific preferences.
