Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves and make seasonal bruschetta, fresh fettuccine pasta from scratch, followed by a traditional Alfredo sauce made with Parmigiano Reggiano and butter. You’ll also assemble your own sumptuously creamy tiramisù.
Afterward, sit down to enjoy your handmade Italian meal with a glass of wine, finishing with a refreshing limoncello digestif. As a parting gift, you’ll receive a digital recipe booklet so you can recreate the magic of your Roman cooking experience back home.

Welcome to this private LivTours Italian cooking experience; a truly unforgettable celebration of la dolce vita. Set in our new, fully-equipped LivTours cooking school, this private class offers a magical experience tailored just for you.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a chilled glass of Prosecco and a curated Italian aperitivo of cured meat, cheeses, and olives. With your professional personal instructor teaching you the step-by-step process of pasta making, you’ll enjoy an intimate, hands-on experience focused entirely on you – ideal for couples or small groups seeking something truly special in Rome.
After a welcome drink, snack, and introductions… it’s time to get cooking! At your private workstation, stocked with all the tools you’ll need and the freshest Italian ingredients, you’ll start by crafting seasonal bruschetta, then learn to make silky smooth fettuccine pasta (and other shapes too!). You’ll also create a delicious Alfredo sauce the traditional Roman way – using only Parmigiano Reggiano and butter. Then it’s on to dessert, where you’ll layer your very own scrumptious coffee and cream Tiramisù; an Italian classic.
After your culinary masterpieces are complete, sit down to a relaxed, private meal with a glass of perfectly paired wine, and a final toast with limoncello. Best of all, you’ll receive a digital recipe booklet to take home, so you can recreate the magic yourself. A souvenir and memory of an authentic, delicious, and convivial Roman meal.
