Your magical Seville evening of Flamenco and tapas begins with meeting your expert private guide in the lobby of your hotel and then heading to a Flamenco show. Learn all about the sweeping and fascinating folkloric history of Flamenco, a traditional art form that originated with the Andalusian Roma people. Flamenco has now become one of the most famous cultural symbols of Spain and is a mixture of dancing, poetry, music and singing. Famous for exquisite guitar playing, dramatic dance steps and castanets, as well as fabulously flamboyant dresses, a traditional Flamenco show is a not-to-be-missed experience on a trip to the beautiful city of Seville.
The show will last for approximately one hour, in a unique cobbled, open-air patio under the Andalusian stars, and you will be entertained by six highly acclaimed professional Flamenco dancers, singers and musicians.
After the show, your guide will meet you and take you on a guided walking tour of the tapas and wine bars in the Santa Cruz district of Seville.
Santa Cruz, Seville’s most historic district, is a charming maze of colorful cobbled streets, lined with shops selling ceramics, crafts and souvenirs. It is home to several famous World Heritage monuments, including Alcazar, the incredible Renaissance-Moorish palace and Seville’s magnificent Gothic cathedral.
