Your LivTours golf cart tour of Rome starts at a convenient location in Rome’s city center, Piazza della Repubblica. After a quick introduction to the city and with your guide, you will jump in your golf cart, buckle up, and set off on your landmark-packed tour. No need to consult Google Maps, just sit back and enjoy the stories and anecdotes as you see the sites of Rome. Your guide will stop at key sites along the way giving you the chance to snap a few photos.

You will learn about the beautiful Piazza della Repubblica and you will have a chance to see a church designed by Michelangelo on a side street nearby, a hidden gem that few travelers get to explore. Not too far away, near Via Cavour, you will soon see a wonderful surprise – the amazing historic Imperial Forum. Listen to stories about the nearby Palatine Hill once famous as a residential neighborhood for its political inhabitants of the Roman Empire. Your next stop is where the infamous Emperor Nero once held his famed chariot races, the Colosseum.

See the historic center of Rome where you will walk the cobblestone streets to some of the most popular areas in town like Piazza Navona. Then you’ll head over the river Tiber, to ascend Janiculum Hill for breathtaking views of the whole city.

Finallly, you will work your way back to the center of the city and see the famous Pantheon and iconic Spanish Steps.

For example, we want to ensure that traveling families and friends can tour together, so on rare occasions we may add one or two guests to avoid separating groups.   • Fantastic Tour to get acquainted with all of the most popular sites Rome has to Offer

    This tour was outstanding. Our tour guide Paula was fantastic and very informative. She took us all over Rome showing us sites we would have never found on our own and she provided so many details and helpful hints about these sites and the best times to visit any places we wanted to return to later in our trip. Paula even went out of her way to drop my wife and I off at Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica (Italian pronunciation), also known as the Basilica of Saint Mary Major. This is where Pope Francis chose to be buried. He is the only Pope to be buried here and, before his death, he opened the holy doors of the 4 major Basilica's in Rome for the Jubilee year and we had reservations to enter the Basilica through these holy doors. Paula made sure she got us there in time so we could experience this once in a lifetime event. Don't hesitate to book this Golf Cart tour with Paula, she will show you a great time and all of the great sites Rome has to offer!
