A deeper dive into Spanish-Catalonian culture

Our guide Alfredo once again created a special evening for us learning about the significance of tapas in Spanish culture and enjoying two restaurants: one with passed table tapas and the other where we selected from a “buffet” of many different offerings. Once again Alf did a great job of engaging our ten year old and eight year old, keeping them interested and having fun. He escorted us to the flamenco show and made sure we had good seats before leaving. All along the way he answered our questions about life in Barcelona and was just delightful company.

Wonderful experience

This was an experience we will not soon forget! The flamenco show was magical and it all made more sense thanks to the very enjoyable explanation that our guide gave us over our tapas tasting meal. We will be sure to recommend this tour.

Amazing Flamenco experience

As dancers, we truly appreciated the opportunity to experience a Flamenco performance in the company of a local guide to explain the symbolism and the tradition behind this form of expression.

We got so much out of this tour

We were SO into the flamengo experience we had with LivSpain! Our guide had explained all of the symbolism and the history of this music and dance before the performance started so it meant so much more to us! The tapas were delicious!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent way to see the Flamenco

We spent our honeymoon in Barcelona and the Flamenco show (with Tapas tasting) we booked through LivSpain was the highlight of our trip! Of course you can go to a flamenco show on your own but we had such a much more fulfilling experience being accompanied by a local guide who explained the cultural importance and history of the flamenco. We loved the tapas tasting too. Couldn't have been happier!!

Unforgettable experience

My boyfriend and I were really looking forward to this tour and we were not disappointed! We enjoyed a great tapas meal with the other young couple in our group and our guide, Maria, who was very friendly and chatty. She told us all about the tapas tradition and the different recipes. Then we saw the flamenco show and it was awesome. So much beauty, emotion and symbolism! We will remember this experience forever.
