Semi-private Evening Tour with Leonardo at the Vatican

We highly recommend the Semi-private evening tour of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel, especially if you are lucky enough to have Leonardo as your tour guide. Leonardo was professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to be around. His enthusiasm for the history of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel was contagious. Night Tour of the Vatican

This tour was AMAZING! I can not stress enough how informative Giuseppe was and how well he delivered and shared all the information that he gave us. You can tell how truly passionate he is about what he does. We were a small group, just 4 of us, and Giuseppe, which was perfect. If you're going to splurge on anything in Rome, splurge here, you won't be sorry. Absolutely one of the best things we did in Rome. Thanks Giuseppe and if we ever get back to Rome, we are definitely requesting you!

Unique experience

This was a very special experience. This company offers a special entrance into the museums after normal visiting hours and believe me, it is well worth it! We felt we were able to really appreciate all of the masterpieces we were seeing and we learned so much from our expert guide, Davide. The tour just flew by and we were actually sorry when it was over, we were having such a great time! Do consider this night tour. It is something quite unique!

Delightful night tour of the Vatican

Davide was our tour guide on our Vatican by night tour and his tour was the best one we experienced. We were in Paris and Rome over a 10-day period and paid for 10 different tours. So when we say he was the best, we mean the best in both countries! My husband and I signed up for the night tour to experience the Vatican under slightly different circumstances than one would on a regular daytime tour. The whole experience just delightful and Davide a real gem.

Great small group tour

We had such a great time going around the Vatican after-hours with Max! He’s like the Museum mayor—he knows everyone and everyone knows him, haha. Very knowledgeable about all things Vatican (answered every question I threw at him, and I ask a lot of questions) and a fantastic photographer, to boot! Definitely worth it to take a guided tour of the Vatican, as it’s so big it can be overwhelming, and the small sized tour Livitaly offers was a great way to see it.

Definitely worth the extra cost

Took this tour with family of four and one other couple. We had Rafaella as our guide and she was excellent providing very detailed historical facts, insights on the artists' lives and answering all our many questions. So glad to have spent the extra money and be in a small group rather than in a herd of 30-40 where you are at the mercy of the slowest person in your group and can't hear anything. If you can afford this somewhat expensive tour (by normal people's standards) then go for it. It's worth it! Very personalized attention.

Highly recommend Vatican at night

Max is the best tour guide who I have ever seen. The tour lasted several hours but it never felt long or boring. Max made sure we stopped at every important / interesting location, where he gave us plenty of information. I never thought I could get to know so much about Vatican and Rome,.. and have such a fun time doing it! It's very suggestive to visit there at night. I'd highly recommend this tour!

See the Vatican at night - it's amazing!

We selected the LivItaly Tour because of the positive reviews and we couldn’t have been happier. We booked it easily on line a few weeks before our trip and when we arrived to the meeting place everything went according to plan. Our guide for the tour was Luca. We loved loved loved Luca! He was engaging, funny and extremely knowledgeable on all we saw. We are not big art enthusiasts but honestly Luca made all we saw so interesting. I highly recommend this tour if you are planning to go to Vatican City.
