Amazing Tour

We highly enjoyed our Colosseum and Roman Forum tour with Valentina. She did a great job keeping our 6-year-old engaged throughout the entire tour. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about Roman History. It was a morning well spent.

Amazing

The tour was wonderful. The colosseum was beautiful. We started at 8am and there weren't any people in the forum so the pictures we took were great because we beat the crowds. Sabrina was very knowledgeable and made the tour an amazing experience.

Our tour of the Colosseum and Palatine Hill was absolutely fantastic, thanks to our incredibly knowledgeable guide! From the moment we stepped inside the Colosseum, our guide wove vivid stories about ancient Rome’s gladiators, emperors, and the architecture that brought the arena to life. They had a remarkable way of explaining historical facts and answering questions, making it easy to imagine what it must have been like in Rome’s prime. The walk through Palatine Hill was equally captivating, as our guide shared insights into the lives of Rome’s elite and the significance of each ruin. They even had visual aids to help us see how these structures once stood in all their glory. The entire experience was organized seamlessly, with just the right amount of time to take in each area. If you want a tour that truly brings Roman history to life, this one is an absolute must!

The highlight of our stay in Rome

We spent a long time deliberating whether to spend what is a considerable amount extra over the standard admission charges to take this tour, but we are so glad we did. Luca was an outstanding tour guide and kept the party engaged with his in-depth knowledge and palpable enthusiasm for Ancient Rome. It's a really well paced tour; we saw so much yet it never felt rushed, and Luca factored in plentiful stops for photos, rest breaks and to refill water bottles. Queuing at entry points was minimal and the experience made visiting such an incredible place even more special.

Martzy was a fantastic guide!

Our Colosseum tour with Martzy wonderful and she was a fantastic guide! We learned so much about this amazing structure, as well as the other areas around the Colosseum. A must-do with Martzy for sure!

Caterina was the best!

We had a fabulous tour with Caterina who was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and kind. She was able to answer all our questions plus give additional details on each -- her preparation was incredibly impressive. I wish all my tours from now on could be with Caterina! She knew all the best spots & overlooks at the Colloseum and Roman Forum and showed us the coolest stuff that we never would have seen without her.

Fantastic tour with expert archaeologist

Elisabetta is an absolute gem of a tour guide. It seems that she knows absolutely everything about the Colosseum, and in fact she is an expert, having done archaeological excavations herself at the Colosseum. The 3+ hour tour seemed to fly by. It was completely fascinating, start to finish.
