Great experience for all ages

Our tour at the Colosseum with Dario was truly amazing. I would recommend Dario as guide to anyone and in particular anyone with younger children and teenagers. Dario made the tour very personal in an engaging and fun way. Really 10/10. I would recommend this tour with Dario to anyone any day of the week. Thank you so much for a great experience!!!

Favorite part of our trip

Our guide, Sev, was amazing and very knowledgeable! He kept the tour light and fun!! We loved the small group and the chance to be a part of it. The Colosseum was probably our favorite part of the trip and Sev was one reason why!

VR helped bring this experience to life!

We opted for this tour because we have two boys and wanted them to get some context around all these historic landmarks - Chiara made it fun and interactive and created a great space for the boys to ask questions and engage with the material. The VR also helped bring this whole experience to life. Thank you!!

Really liked the VR addition

This is an AMAZING tour! We LOVED the VR glasses! They really helped us see what it was like in ancient times and we could compare with how it is today! Really fascinating! And our kids had a ball!!

Great small group tour with VR

This is a super tour!! We loved the VR glasses and the extra understanding that they gave us as to how things were (and how they are now). The Forum made more sense thanks to our guide -- otherwise, it's alot of stones and columns that are hard to imagine.

Will definitely book again

We had a great experience with LivItaly Tours. Even though the day was cold and raining, our tour guide, Marco, made the experience very enjoyable. Wonderful afternoon in Ancient Rome

There were only 6 of us on this 'small group tour' of the Colosseum. This allowed us to move easily through the various locations and we could hear the guide well without the use of amplifiers, earbuds etc. The guide, Francesca, told us much about the history of Rome, the Colosseum and the related sites that we saw - the Forum, the Palatine and more. We went inside the Colosseum, under it, and above it. The views were spectacular and having the VR glasses really puts everything into perspective. The stories she told us about the wild animals that were used and where they were kept under the floor of the Colosseum were very interesting and new to us. Francesca was very knowledgeable about the art, the history and times of these ruins. We would recommend her and this company for a thorough, interesting and pleasant afternoon tour.
