Excellent Tour of Roman Forum and Colosseum

The tour of the roman forum and colosseum with our guide Maria was fantastic. We met just outside of the rome subway/metro stop for the colosseum making it easy to travel too and get situated. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained interesting details as we moved through each location.

Fantastic and memorable tour!

Our semi-private tour of the Colosseum & Ancient Rome with Marta was fantastic. Marta was very knowledgeable and provided great insight into the ancient Romans. We had 3 children with us (15, 12 and 8 years old) and Marta really went the extra mile by using their names and took the time to engage with them all. She explained things so well, and her use of before and now pictures, ensured we all learned a lot. It was very special for us all to experience the Colosseum together and Marta made the experience so memorable for us all. Thank you, Marta!!

Great Colosseum tour!!!

This tour was awesome and exceeded my expectations! I will start off by letting you know that I am not a history buff. Going into this tour I was a bit nervous by the fact that it was a 3 hour tour. I thought for sure I was going to be bored or zone out. It was a very hot day, so while I really wanted to see and learn about the history of the Colosseum, I was a little apprehensive. Well, the day ended up being such a pleasant surprise! Coumba was our tour guide and the 3 hours FLEW by! Coumba was so knowledgeable and presented the info and history in such an interesting fashion, I found myself wishing I had booked an even longer tour!!! I booked several tours during my 10 days in Italy and I booked them all with LivTours. You honestly can not go wrong with this tour operator.
