Magical Siena Evening
We booked a late afternoon tour and it was magical. The golden light on the brick buildings and the Duomo’s facade was unforgettable. Our guide Davide even helped us find a cozy trattoria afterward. A perfect end to the day.
- Rachel MooreBeyond the Palio
I knew Siena for its famous horse race, but LivTours showed me its deep artistic and spiritual heritage. Basilica di San Domenico was solemn and powerful, and the Duomo dazzled with its marble and mosaics. Worth every step.
- Paul HarrisAn Inspiring Walk Through Siena
This tour was inspiring in every sense. The Gothic churches, the lively piazzas, the warm atmosphere of the trattorias — it felt authentic and alive. Seeing Donatello and Michelangelo’s work in the Duomo was the perfect conclusion.
- Olivia WhitePersonal and Informative Tour
Traveling solo, I appreciated how personalized this private tour felt. Giulia answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed. Walking into the Duomo together and taking in its grandeur was a memory I’ll carry forever.
- Natalie BrownRich Culture in a Compact City
What I loved about this tour was how much history is packed into Siena’s small center. We saw banks, basilicas, piazzas, and palaces all within walking distance. The Duomo at the end was the most impressive cathedral I’ve seen in Europe. Reviewer:
- Christopher LeeA Photographer’s Dream
Every corner of Siena begged to be photographed — from the Fonte Gaia to the striped marble of the Duomo. Our guide Chiara even pointed out the best angles for capturing the Torre del Mangia. A feast for the eyes at every turn.

Elena was an incredible storyteller. She explained how Siena once rivaled Florence and how its neighborhoods still carry centuries-old pride. Standing in Piazza del Campo while she described the Palio was unforgettable.
- Thomas GrayA Must-Do in Siena
This tour exceeded expectations. Our guide Davide’s explanation of the Palio made me want to return just to see it in person. The Piazza del Campo was buzzing, even without the race. The Duomo was unlike anything in Florence or Rome — truly unique.
- Jennifer CollinsHidden Gems and Grand Architecture
Marco led us through little side streets where we saw frescoes and family crests we would have missed alone. The highlight for me was stepping inside the Duomo — the scale and artistry were overwhelming in the best way.
- David MartinezGreat for All Ages
We were traveling with our parents, and the private guide made it easy to accommodate everyone’s pace. The storytelling kept my mom engaged while my dad loved learning about the banking history of Siena. The Duomo was a unanimous favorite.
