A Great Introduction to Vienna’s Imperial Past
Our British family group of four loved this experience. The guide connected Vienna’s imperial traditions to broader European history, which made the rooms feel alive rather than just decorative. We especially appreciated the gentle pace in the gardens afterward.
- Christopher HallA Fascinating Look Behind the Velvet Ropes
Our private Schonbrunn tour with LivTours felt genuinely exclusive—especially when Elena walked us into rooms the general visitors couldn’t access. She had an incredible way of bringing the Habsburgs’ private lives to life, especially her stories about Sisi’s routines. Ending in the gardens was perfect; we wandered the Great Parterre on our own afterward and soaked in the symmetry.
- Karen MitchellBeautiful Gardens After a Memorable Tour
Our Canadian family group of six had a fantastic experience. The interiors were just as ornate as expected, but what surprised us most was how much we enjoyed the garden orientation at the end. It made exploring the Gloriette hill on our own much easier.
- Martin DupontA Perfect Blend of Art, Architecture, and Storytelling
This tour exceeded our expectations in every way. Marco seamlessly blended history with personal anecdotes about the Habsburgs, making the palace feel more human and less like a grand museum. Ending with free time in the gardens let us savor the experience.
- Leon WuA Cultural Gem in Austria
As visitors from Brazil, we were amazed by the depth of information provided. The palace’s Baroque details are impressive on their own, but learning about the architects and artists who shaped the interiors added so much richness. The views across the Great Parterre were breathtaking.
