Garden Magic and Palace Mystery
The kids absolutely loved running around the fountains and imagining themselves as royals. Meanwhile, our guide Marco told us lesser-known tales about the palace’s original use as a hunting lodge. The contrast between then and now was eye-opening.
- Lucy BanerjeePerfect Mix of Structure and Freedom
What stood out most was how our guide, Giulia, knew exactly when to lead and when to let the kids explore a bit on their own. We felt like we were on a guided adventure, not stuck in a lecture. My 9-year-old keeps asking when we can do another LivTours experience!
- JasmineRoyalty for a Day
My daughter still bows dramatically every time someone mentions Versailles. Our guide, Elena, made her feel like a little princess—and also shared fascinating stories with us adults. It was seamless, fun, and incredibly well-organized.
- Whitney SA Step Into Another World
It felt like we were part of a royal film set—Versailles is just jaw-dropping. Our guide, Davide, used role play and character voices that had our kids fully immersed in palace life. The gardens were the cherry on top; we played hide and seek by the fountains!
- Nadine MüllerTeen-Approved!
Finding activities in Paris that appeal to teenagers isn’t easy, but this one was a win. Our 15-year-old loved the behind-the-scenes stories of power and scandal, and our guide, Luca, didn’t talk down to her. It felt like an adult experience that also respected her curiosity.
- Emily R.History That Didn’t Feel Like Homework
Our 10-year-old is very visual and tactile, so this tour was a great match. He especially enjoyed decoding symbols in the chapel and asking the guide about court etiquette. Chiara’s theatrical storytelling was a perfect fit for him.
- ZacharyTraveling Solo with Kids? Book This Tour!
I was traveling solo with my 9-year-old daughter and was a bit nervous, but LivTours made it easy. Our guide Chiara was fantastic, keeping my daughter involved every step of the way while giving me a chance to enjoy the art and history, too. It felt like traveling with a friend who knew everything about Versailles.
- Maria E.Smooth, Seamless, and So Special
We loved having skip-the-line access, but the real magic came from our guide, Elena. She brought a personal touch to everything—from re-enacting royal ceremonies in the Hall of Mirrors to pointing out strange palace facts (like the lack of toilets!). Our 8-year-old was captivated.
- Olivia BennettTailored to Our Teen's Interests
Our 13-year-old can be a tough critic, but this tour got a thumbs up from her! She enjoyed the political gossip and dark historical details shared by our guide, Giulia. It wasn’t just for little kids—LivTours did a great job making it age-appropriate and interesting for older children too.
- AndrewVersailles Has Never Felt More Alive
I've visited Versailles before, but this tour was completely different. Watching my kids light up as they learned about Louis XIV and Marie Antoinette made it feel fresh and exciting. Davide’s theatrical flair was a highlight—he even wore a feathered hat for part of the tour, which the kids loved.
