Best way to experience Florence

We had an outstanding walking tour of Florence with Rafaela, This is really the way to experience Florence. A guide takes you to the places that you want to see (and some that you don't even know about) all the time, chatting and sharing her passion for this marvelous city. Be sure to ask for Rafaela. p.s. Out driver Florin was just as outstanding, he acted as a tour guide during the drive to/from Florence.
