Paris Catacombs are truly mesmerizing

This was an unreal experience. Such big limestone tunnels originally made to make Paris as beautiful as it is and then it was filled with millions of skeletons that couldn't be buried at cemeteries. This was my first time experiencing something like this. It is great that LivTours only allows up to 6 people in a group because it makes the tour super personalized. Their high quality tour guides (I have also had their guides in Italy) and their VIP access to sites makes such a large difference. These tours provide a remarkable experience for a very good price. Tour Catacombs

We toured the catacombs with Kaitlyn and had a wonderful experience. She was very well informed and added light humor to a dark subject matter. The access to some of the less travelled area was very special.

Caitlin was the best tour guide for the Catacombs. She is very funny and is a beautiful story teller. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who hadn't been to the Catacombs with a tour guide. We learned so much!

Great!

While in Paris, my husband and I booked a tour of the Paris Catacombs with LivTours. We were the first to arrive and had extra time with our amazing tour guide, Kaitlyn. We loved her humor, her passion, her knowledge which made the tour more special. It was so worth it to get access to the VIP Tunnels, and we were so happy to only be with a small group. Absolutely amazing tour and tour guide!

Loved the exclusive access!

This was a great informational tour. The catacombs only allow 200 people in at a time which leads to long lines. We had access to private areas, not open to the public or anyone who does the audio tour. Our tour guide Leo was great, very knowledgeable and passionate about the catacombs.

Definitely worth the money

We believe this is a good tour for families with kids. Going underground is different, fascinating, kind of spooky and certainly something that makes a huge impression on kids which helps them better remember what they saw and learned. My husband and I were just as impressed and fascinated as our two sons. We really had no idea all the history that runs under the streets of Paris. We certainly recommend this tour and especially so, if you have kids.

A different experience

If you have the time, this tour is worth your consideration! We had NO IDEA about all that lies under the streets of Paris. The tour is very comprehensive and we went away very inspired and with new admiration for all of the history that this city represents.

Unforgettable experience

What an experience!! I had learned about the catacombs in Paris from (believe it or not!) the cartoon version of The Hunchback of Notre-Dame so when I saw that LivParis offered a tour of them, I just couldn't resist! They are intriguing, kind of spooky, beautiful and so interesting. You can just imagine all of the different people, over the course of history, to whom the catacombs have been extremely important. Our guide was marvelous and her excitement and passionate retelling of history was very contagious. We had a fantastic experience which we won't soon forget!

Great tour

Our whole family got a kick out of this tour! Our preteen sons thought it was awesome -- my wife and I definitely in agreement! The catacombs are really something to see but what really made the tour special was our guide Josie who knew so much and told such fantastic stories. She had us enthralled with the history and importance of the catacombs right from the get go. This was a great family experience for us but we can recommend this tour to anyone, any age! Great idea for a tour, LivParis!!
