Wonderful tour of London's past

My wife and I really enjoyed this tour. London is full of history and tradition that's a great part of its charm. This tour accentuates the London of the past and how it has emerged into one of the most important centers of the world. Thomas was our guide and he was exceptional. A great historian and story teller. He made "old London" come alive for us. We felt this tour gave us a special glimpse into London and British history, making it an experience we will never forget.

Very enjoyable walking tour

Our family really enjoyed this walking tour. London is so full of history and interesting stories and this tour is designed to dig all of that up and present it to you in a really enjoyable way. Thanks also to our wonderful guide, Thomas, who was very well prepared and also very humorous. The time flew by and before you knew it, we were having our special cream tea and saying goodbye to our new friend Thomas. It was really a great tour and a great way to learn about London!

Old London

Very interesting tour. Quite a bit of intrique to stimulate the imagination. All those books you've read that take place in old London come alive! The traditional tea and sweets was delicious.

History of old London

We felt we really learned alot about the history of London and of England in general on this tour. Very colorful visions were created in our minds by our passionate and quite expert guide. It was an experience we will not soon forget!

A great way to become acquainted with the city's history

We thought this walking tour in the city center of London very interesting and enjoyable. Our guide Mary was a superb guide and a very charming person. We saw and learned about many things (good and bad) that have contributed to what London is today and we felt that, after this tour, we had a much better appreciation for the city's strong character and pride. This tour was definitely a wonderful way to get to know London.

Tour with tea and sweets

This was a very excellent walking tour of the historical center of London. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We learned so much about life in London over the years. At the end of the tour we enjoyed tea and treats at a really lovely, traditional tearoom. Believe me, it's easy to get into the habit of afternoon tea when you are in England! We enjoyed every minute of this tour and highly recommend it to you.
