Elena, our tour guide, what can I say. She is very friendly, easy to get along and understand. She knew we wanted to be see the Mona Lisa first. Elena a lot information like the theft of the Mona Lisa and why she is popular. Also, prepared us for entry to ensure a swift entry occurred. Upon entry she spearheaded us to the Mona Lisa. We were the first to arrive and had time to take a number of photos of the Mona Lisa before the next group arrived. It was absolutely amazing.
