Best Way to See the Louvre
I can’t imagine doing the Louvre any other way now. The early entrance, the expert guidance, the calm pacing—it was perfect. From Mona Lisa’s enigmatic smile to the glittering jewels and towering Winged Victory, this tour gave us the museum’s greatest hits in the best format possible.
- Sophia DelgadoUnique Access Few Get
When I looked back at the crowd that formed just minutes after we left the Mona Lisa room, I realized how rare this experience was. Having space to really see her, and then being led through the Louvre’s greatest works, made me deeply grateful we chose LivTours.
- Andrew McCarthyUnforgettable Family Memory
Traveling with our teenage daughters, we were nervous about their interest level. But seeing the Mona Lisa nearly alone captured their attention instantly. The guide kept them engaged with stories of art thefts and scandals, and by the end they were asking for more time in the museum.
- Monica AlvarezWell Worth the Investment
Yes, it’s a splurge, but for art lovers or anyone who hates crowds, this is absolutely worth it. Our guide Santiago was fantastic, tailoring the explanations to our interests. It felt like a masterclass in art history delivered in the most iconic museum in the world.
- James WallaceSimply Magical Morning
Paris in the morning has a certain charm, and entering the Louvre early only amplified it. Standing face-to-face with the Mona Lisa with hardly anyone around felt almost spiritual. I would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Paris.
- Olivia MartinA New Appreciation for Art
I’ve never considered myself much of an art person, but this tour changed that. Hearing the backstories behind the Venus de Milo and Napoleon’s coronation gave me a new perspective. The Mona Lisa without the crowds was a powerful moment.
- Anthony RussellEfficient and Memorable
We only had two days in Paris, so this tour was perfect. It gave us the Mona Lisa without chaos and a highlights tour that was easy to digest. I particularly appreciated the pacing—never too fast, never dragging.
- Jessica LopezEnlightening and Fun
Our guide Christian had such enthusiasm for art that it rubbed off on everyone in our group. He had clever ways of explaining why certain works mattered and even told us the funny story of the Mona Lisa theft. Educational but entertaining.
- Peter AndrewsA Calm Start to the Day
Walking through quiet halls of the Louvre before the crowds was surreal. The Mona Lisa viewing itself was short but magical, and afterward, the guide made sure we saw the big highlights without ever feeling rushed. A very balanced experience.
- Hannah WrightTime Well Spent
In just a few hours we managed to see more than we did on a whole day visit years ago. That early Mona Lisa moment set the tone, and then we flowed easily through highlights like the Italian Renaissance and the Napoleon coronation. Very efficient yet relaxed.
