Truly Memorable Food Tour
LivTours delivered yet again—this was my second tour with them, and it was fantastic. Every stop felt carefully chosen, from the best croissant I’ve had to a boutique chocolatier. It was a perfect way to spend an afternoon in Paris.
- Lauren BrooksHidden Corners of Le Marais
The guide showed us hidden alleys and courtyards I would never have noticed on my own. Tasting macarons in such a charming square was unforgettable. It felt like discovering the city’s secrets one bite at a time.
- Robert PhillipsComfortable for All Ages
I was traveling with my 65-year-old aunt and my 12-year-old niece, and both loved it. The pacing was gentle, with plenty of breaks. Everyone had a favorite stop, but mine was definitely the cheese and wine.
- Angela ScottAn Excellent Culinary Walk
This wasn’t just a food tour—it was a cultural walk. I learned about the Jewish heritage, medieval streets, and Parisian fashion alongside tasting amazing dishes. The chocolates were unlike anything I’ve had before.
- Christopher MurphyThe Essence of Paris in Three Hours
In just a few hours, I felt like I’d gotten to know Paris better. The food, the architecture, the history of Le Marais—it was all there. I especially loved standing in Place des Vosges with a warm onion soup.
- Victoria HillInformative and Delicious
Our guide Gözde combined humor, history, and culinary knowledge seamlessly. I especially loved the story about how falafel became so beloved in Paris. The macaroon tasting was a sweet finale.
- Ethan WhiteFor Sweet Tooths and Savory Fans
I loved the balance of sweet and savory. The onion soup and cheese balanced out the macaroon and chocolate. The falafel was an unexpected star of the show!
- Chloe MartinA Great Introduction to Parisian Food
On our first day in Paris, this tour gave us a crash course in French gastronomy. We sampled pastries, soups, cheeses, and more. Now we feel confident ordering in local restaurants.
- Samuel LewisPerfect Private Experience
I wouldn’t have wanted to do this in a big group. The private format let us take our time, ask questions, and personalize the route a little. It felt tailored just for us.
- Melissa GarciaMore Than Just a Food Tour
The historical context gave this tour so much more depth. Rue des Rosiers had such an energetic feel, and pairing that with falafel was perfect. Ending with macarons and chocolate was a dream.
