We had an amazing food tour is Magi, she was very informative and passionate about Rome and the food scene. Highly recommend!

Best Food Tour of Rome!

My husband and I booked the taste of Rome food tour with Livtours. We had the greatest time with our guide AJ. She not only brought us to fantastic food spots that are loved by locals but also provided us with some of the historial background behind each neighborhood or restaurant we visited. Any questions we had she answered masterfully. She even gave us some suggestions of places to try on the rest of our vacation here in Rome along with must try dishes in the other cities we are visiting in Italy! If you get the opportunity to book with Livtours for this tour you should and should ask for AJ! Just an FYI, definitely suggest not eating too much before going on this tour! We were definitely full by the end of it!

The best food in Rome...With the best guide we could have asked for

Our Tour Guide Andy took on an incredible journey through the streets of Rome to sample some of the finest foods Rome had to offer. We loved every stop along the way and every item we ate was fantastic. Andy did a terrific job of educating everyone on the history of all of the foods we were trying. He was very knowledgable, funny and kept everyone's interest. He also pointed out many ancient monuments along the way. As great as the food was, and it was all great, it was Andy who made the tour even better with his outstanding commentary along the way. Book this tour and get Andy as your guide you'll be glad you did! And, when the tour is over, your belly will be full of the some of the best food in all of Rome.

A MUST do!!

There is nothing more pleasurable than food and wine in Rome. But what makes it even better is having a wonderful host and guide like AJ. She was GEM! Very NICE and knowledgeable. She made you feel like you were family and she was taking you to eat at all the places she loved. I love the selection of courses they choose. Starting with the first restaurant of appetizers and antipastos, then own to the next, eventually ending with gelato for desert. I have been on a few “foodie tours” before and i can honestly say this was by far one of the best. When they say food, they truly mean it,,these were course, not just sample tastings, so well worth the money. Thank you AJ for such a memorable time!!!

Highly Recommend AJ

We had a wonderful tour today with AJ. She was a great guide on our first day in Rome. The food was delicious, she clearly knew lots of people in the restaurants and was able to get us tables very fast. She shared her enthusiasm for Rome and went about and beyond. She made it a great day. Highly recommend!

Had a blast

Whether you are a novice food-tour person or a veteran, as we are, you'll have a blast on this tour. Our guide's name was Giulia and we spent a wonderful evening chatting and eating (all very delicious!) with her. The tour is well organized and well paced and every dish we tried and learned about was very good. Finishing with a gelato at the best "gelateria" in Rome was the cherry on top of the cake. Thanks Giulia and LivItaly, for a great evening!

A Fun and Delicious time in Rome

Our food tour with Lorenzo was awesome! Lorenzo was so enjoyable! He made our tour so much fun! There was just 5 of us and we just hit it off so well! We just took our time strolling through Rome (which is amazing), enjoying each new restaurant with Lorenzo. If I should ever re-visit Rome, I would definitely sign up for another Food Tour again and hopefully with Lorenzo!

Delicious and fun

We had a wonderful food tour with Dario!! He was knowledgeable, attentive and very pleasant. We highly recommend taking this tour to have a different way of experiencing the customs and culture of Rome. If you can get Dario, that's even better! We will tell all of our friends about the great time we had.

Francesco (Kiko) was an EXCELLENT guide on our food tour this evening. He was the perfect host and the tour was so engaging! Great choices of different dishes to try. We loved every moment!

Roman food experience

We had a great food tour and loved getting to know the people in our group. We enjoyed the selection of dishes to try and our lovely guide, Ece. We were just two couples and we had fun chatting together, Ece was friendly and we enjoyed her personable nature. Her English is amazing.
