We collection information from travelers who place an order on our website or over the phone with our customer service department. Email addresses are also collected when you provide them in person on tour and when you fill in any forms on the site (i.e. newsletter subscriptions).
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s IP address.

What do we do with your information?
All customer information is used to communicate with customers, to improve our customer experience, and improve the function of our website. Emails are used to send updates on LivTours tours, holiday greetings and other general marketing messages.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online.
Do we disclose your information to third parties?
LivTours does not sell your information to any third parties. We do share information with trusted third-party services with whom we conduct business, under the strict and binding agreement that your information is used for the purpose of improving our users online shopping experience.
Consent and Ad Hoc Messaging
During the checkout process, when you check the box consenting to receive important news and updates from LivTours, you are opting into marketing and other communications via email. If you would like to be deleted from our mailing lists or have your information deleted from our systems, please send us an email at info @ livtours.com or click on the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of any marketing email.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.

These Ad Hoc messages (including SMS and WhatsApp) may include, but are not limited to, order confirmations, logistical updates, and other important information related to your tours.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from LivTours. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
LivTours does not share your phone number with any third parties. Your phone number is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your order.
