- Open the confirmation email you receive and print the Travel Voucher if desired (the Travel Voucher can also be emailed directly to the recipient).

- Enter the value you wish to gift.
- Enter your email address.
- Proceed through checkout.

How to redeem a LivTours Travel Voucher
OPTION 1: Redeeming LivTours Travel Vouchers
- Go to our “Redeem your Gift Voucher” page and enter the unique voucher code found on the Booking Confirmation Email within 3 years of voucher issue.
- Select the date and time for the tour you wish to book. Should your preferred tour not be available, please contact Customer Service and our team will gladly help you find the best alternative.
- Enter your personal contact information so we can send you your Confirmation and tour details.
OPTION 2: Redeeming Monetary Value – Gift Vouchers
- Browse LivTours.com to find the perfect experience for your next trip, select the dates and times that work for you and “add to cart.”
- During checkout, enter your unique Gift Voucher number.
- If the value of the experience chosen exceeds the gift voucher amount, proceed with payment of the balance using your preferred method.
- If the value of the experience is less than the amount gifted in your voucher, you will be able to use the remaining balance on other tours.
- You will immediately receive a tour voucher confirmation via email with all the information you need for your tour.
Terms and Conditions
When purchasing our tours and experiences as a gift, the buyer may amend the tour choice with an email request to info@livtours.com; fees may apply if there are price differences between tours. Additionally, the receiver may amend the tour, date and time, after having redeemed their voucher up to 24 hrs prior to commencement time of their tour and is subject to availability. For these or any other amendment requests (participants, add-ons, etc) please contact us on info@livtours.com.
Travel vouchers are valid for 3 years, can not be redeemed for cash, and are subject to availability. We therefore suggest redeeming your gift as soon as your travel dates are confirmed. Should the gifted tour not be available for the preferred time and day of your preference, our customer service team will help you choose an alternative time or tour from any of our 350 tours in Europe.
